The Faculty of Medicine celebrated the third Faculty Day on December 09, 2021 with two major activities. There was a tree-planting ceremony on the faculty premises as a part of the total ‘Green Project’ of the faculty. As a second part of the event, The service appreciation ceremony was held for the Non-academic staff. Dr. Sanjeewa Bowatte, Acting Vice-Chancellor, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine participated as the Chief Guest of the event. Deans of the other faculties, the Registrar of the University, Academic Staff, Senior Assistant Registrar, other staff members, and the students of the Faculty of Medicine enthusiastically participated in this event. The event was organized with adherence to Covid 19 guidelines.
