Department of Physiology

The physiology special laboratory is a cornerstone of our preclinical teaching program, meticulously equipped to support the experiential learning of core physiological concepts. Moving beyond traditional textbook learning, the laboratory provides a structured, interactive environment where theoretical knowledge meets practical application.

Key Features of Our Laboratory:

    • Comprehensive Practical Stations: Dedicated setups for exploring cardiovascular, respiratory, neurophysiological, and neuromuscular systems.
    • Early Clinical Exposure: A strong emphasis is placed on developing foundational clinical examination skills (e.g., blood pressure measurement, basic reflex testing, and sensory evaluations) well before students enter the hospital wards.
    • Small-Group Learning: The physical layout of the lab is optimized for small-group demonstrations, ensuring every student receives hands-on experience and personalized guidance.

Our laboratory plays a vital role in shaping highly competent future physicians by fostering a culture of scientific inquiry, analytical thinking, and precise clinical observation.
