Dr. Dulshan had been a student from D. S. Senanayake College, Colombo and has obtained the MBBS degree in 2016 from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo.
He has started his career as an intern house officer in the Ministry of Health at the District General Hospital Negombo and later worked in the surgical unit of the same hospital.
He worked in the Dermatology unit at Base Hospital Puttalam before joining the Faculty, the Wayamba University of Sri Lanka as a probationary Lecturer in the Department of Physiology. His research interests are in the field of Immunophysiology.
