To commemorate the ending of Second MBBS examination, a variety event “Shesha” (ශේෂ) was organised by the students of the inaugural student batch of faculty of Medicine at faculty green on 17th of September 2020. The occasion was graced by Vice Chancellor of the University Senior Professor Udith K Jayasinghe and Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr Sanjeewa Bowatte.
The event was added on to by several showcases of talents by both students and faculty staff. It was further made colourful with bonfire ablaze roaring in the background and the refreshments.
